Which EG4 batteries does it support?
We target the EG4 LifePower4 and EG4-LL server-rack batteries and the EG4 wall-mount batteries that expose an RS485 communication port. Tell us your exact model when you order and we test that one before shipping.
Do you ship to the US and Canada?
Yes. The box ships from France; shipping to the US or Canada is quoted at checkout before you pay. Your card converts the euro amount. Import duties or fees, if your country charges any, are collected by the carrier on delivery.
Will it confuse my EG4 inverter?
It is read-only and is designed to share the bus politely. Tell us your inverter model (18kPV, 12kPV, 6000XP or another) so we test the combination before shipping.
How many packs can it read?
Our target is a full rack addressed with the DIP switches. Give us your pack count when ordering so we test at least that many.
When does it ship?
on 10 November 2026 at the latest. If we cannot meet that date, you get a full refund unless you choose to wait.
Why not just use the EG4 app?
The app and portal show what the inverter reports. MoniWatt for EG4 reads each battery’s own BMS, works without the internet, and feeds Home Assistant directly.
What does it need to run?
A USB charger and 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi at the battery location. It draws under one watt.
Can I cancel?
Yes, any time before it ships, for a full refund including shipping. After delivery you have 14 days to return it.
Is there a warranty?
Two years. And if, once delivered, your exact model turns out not to be supported, you can return it within 30 days for a full refund and we pay the return.
Is this an EG4 product?
No. MoniWatt for EG4 is an independent accessory designed in France. EG4 is a trademark of its owner.
